Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At NüIQ Wellness Lounge & Med Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy, which allows us to best serve all of our clients and respect the time of our providers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $100 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
- Cancellations may be made by calling us at 216-377-1778 or emailing info@nuiqwellness.com.
No-Shows
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- A $100 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service, and a cancellation fee may apply.
