Our courses welcome Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Physicians, and medical teams, from new injectors mastering Botox and dermal filler fundamentals to seasoned providers refining advanced techniques or pursuing continuing education to enhance patient outcomes.
NAI Course Offerings in Cleveland
Our courses blend expert instruction with hands-on experience, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional, results-driven aesthetic and wellness treatments. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a NuIQ Aesthetics Institute Certificate of Training, recognizing your mastery of the techniques covered and enhancing your professional credentials.
Students must provide their own models (2) which must be pre-approved with photo submission.
Injectables: Botox & Fillers
Beginner Botox
Designed for novice injectors with up to 2 years experience.
The course will review the basics of Botox, muscles of facial expression, contraindications and red flags, dilution and reconstitution techniques, dosing strategies, and complication management.
Hands-on training will focus on glabellar lines (frown lines), frontalis lines (forehead lines), and orbicularis oculi (crow's feet).

Designed for injectors with 2+ years of experience.
The course will review advanced tox science, brand variances (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and Xeomin), dosing/dilution adjustments, advanced facial mapping, gender-specific treatment strategies, and full face neurotoxin harmonization. We will also discuss functional uses such as hyperhidrosis treatment to the axilla, palms, and soles.
Hands-on training will focus on advanced injection areas including masseter (jaw slimming/bruxism), mentalis (chin dimpling), dao (downturned mouth), platysmal bands (neck lift), nefertiti lift (jawline tightening), bunny lines (nose lines), lip flip (increased lip volume), gummy smile, perioral lines ('smoker' lines).

Beginner Fillers
Designed for novice injectors with up to 2 years experience with dermal fillers.
The course will review the basics of dermal filler, filler rheology, facial anatomy, facial mapping, photo taking, contraindications and red flags, and complication management.
Hands-on will focus on cheeks, chin, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. We will introduce common injection techniques including linear threading, fanning, and cross-hatching.

Designed for injectors with 2+ years of experience with dermal fillers.
The course will review advanced facial anatomy and high risk zones, facial mapping, gender-specific treatment strategies, facial balancing, advanced complication management, cannula vs needle technique, and consultation tips.
Hands-on training will focus on temples, pyriform, jawline, and lips. We will introduce advanced injection techniques using cannula and needle.

Lip Masterclass
Open to all level injectors. Available as a stand alone training course or add-on for Advanced Filler Course.
Take a detailed dive into how to master a challenging area: the lips. This course will focus on detailed lip anatomy, lip shapes, patient consultation, how to approach treatment with both neurotoxin and filler, how to choose the right filler for your patient, how to avoid filler migration, and complication management.
Hands-on will focus on several different techniques for lip filler injection including vertical fencing (Russian lip), border work with linear threading, 'M' shape lip correction, and perioral support.

Intro to Wellness Therapies & Lasers
Regenerative Medicine
Introduction level course, open to all injectors.
This is an entry level course to the world of regenerative medicine. This course will focus on topical exosomes, PRF, PDGF+, and Sculptra. The course will cover the basic science of regenerative medicine, how to introduce these treatments into your patient consultations and treatment plans, and why regenerative medicine is the next step in aesthetics. We will review basic facial anatomy, facial mapping, indications for treatment, contraindications and red flags, treatment zones, and complications management.
Hands-on will focus on hair restoration, volume restoration, and skin rejuvenation. Areas injected may include scalp, temples, tear-troughs, pyriform, midface, jawline, and chin.
Investment: Starting at $1,500Sciton Laser
Introduction level course, open to all providers.
This is an entry level course introducing the Sciton portfolio of lasers including Forever Young BBL, Forever Clear BBL, Moxi, Halo, BareHR, and ClearSilk. The course will cover patient consultation and VISIA Skin Analysis, patient assessment, contraindications to treatment, skin typing using the Fitzpatrick scale, treatment plan, Sciton stacking, and complication management.
We will review basic settings for each laser, post procedure expectations, and treatment schedule. Hands-on will include student's choice of up to two lasers for live demonstration and treatment.

Student Learning Opportunity
Shadowing
Open to all level providers and students.
This one-on-one opportunity is a great place to start your entry into the world of aesthetics. Spend a day with us and observe a variety of treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, lasers, neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulators, hair restoration, IV therapy, wellness consultations, & more.
We cannot guarantee what will be on the schedule, but we will do our best to place you on a day that best fits your personal learning goals.
Investment: Half Day $500 / Full Day $800

Not necessarily. If you have 2+ years’ experience, you may enroll directly in the advanced course. If you’re newer to aesthetics, start with the beginner program.
By completing a NuIQ Aesthetics Institute course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion—a respected credential for your professional portfolio. Shadowing sessions do not include certification.
Yes. All courses require two models, which must be pre-approved via photo submission prior to training. Models are not required for shadowing.
Our consultations are no pressure and completely complimentary. We truly have your best interest in mind and want to make the consultation process as easy as possible.

All courses and shadowing sessions are taught at NuIQ Wellness Lounge in Cleveland’s Gordon Square neighborhood.
Shadowing opportunities are available for students currently enrolled in nursing, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or medical doctor programs. Proof of current enrollment is required.
Hands-on training courses are reserved for licensed medical professionals and are not available to students.
